APPLICATIONS for Shoprite’s 2017 bursary programme have been launched. The scheme is for pupils and students who are studying scarce skills such as pharmacy, chartered accountancy, as well as programmes in supply chain management and logistics, IT, industrial engineering, hospitality, retail business management and marketing.

Applications for first and second-year students and matriculants applying to study for any of these are now open - check www:shopritebe more.com for more information.

The bursaries provide financial assistance up to R70 000 per annum and are linked to work-back agreements with Shoprite to ensure employment opportunities for the graduates.
