UMVOTI Community Tourism has announced that the Daisy Creek festival is to take place from the December 14 to 17 at Lake Merthley, featuring international and local artists, food, fashion and fun.

The organisers expect thousands of people to attend this exciting event which will certainly put Greytown on the map.

UCTO is looking for volunteers for a range of activities to aid production of the festival — stewards, runners, stage managers, artist liaisons, and photographers.

All volunteer positions are unpaid but volunteers will be accommodated in a tent with bedding and transported to and from the festival.

To volunteer please contact Sabelo Mkhize or Thabiso Ngxongo at 033 413 1297.

For more information contact the Umvoti Community Tourism Organisation at Umvoti Municipality at 033 413 9100 (Theresa Edwards) or check the website www.daisycreekfestival.co.za
