DIE Potlooddief en die Engel, written by AS van Straten, was performed by some brave Wembley pupils last week in the Aloe Hall. The production was directed by Mrs Latitia Wolmarans.

The production time was just under two and half hours in length.

Many of the actors were English speaking and the script was difficult but, despite all its challenges, the cast did a brilliant job of entertaining the audience from beginning to end.

The entry fee to the performance was clothing or charity donations for Philani and Letcee Crèche.
