Early deadlines once again

2018-04-25 06:01

The good news is that there are no more early deadline long weekends until
September — that is after this coming weekend.

Friday being Freedom Day and a public holiday and Tuesday, Workers Day and a public holiday — the lucky ones are taking off on Monday too to make it a really long weekend.

This means early deadlines again for the issue of May 2. Cut-off for display advertisements and classifieds is noon, Thursday, April 26. Copy, reports, photographs would also be appreciated.

The Greytown Gazette is closed on
Friday, April 27 Freedom Day and opens on Monday, April 30 as usual — but all copy and photos not later than 11 am please.

Tuesday, May 1 is Workers Day and the Greytown Gazette office will be closed. The issue of Wednesday, May 2 will be on the streets early on Wednesday morning as usual.

Once again thank you, in advance, for your much appreciated co-operation.

For your advance information the public holiday in September is Monday, September 24 — Heritage Day.
