Greytown Tennis Club is holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday, October 12 at 5.30 pm at the Tennis Club. Socialising and breyani after the meeting.

There will be a nominal fee for the dinner (to cover the costs and raise some funds), however, we will require members to reply for catering purposes. Please RSVP before October 9 to

The prize-giving for the championship and handicap tournaments will be held as well as various awards presented.

We would like to encourage all members to make every effort to attend, to find out how the club has performed, what the plans are for next year, and to enjoy a meal and a social evening together.


The club’s monthly family day will be held on Saturday, October 13.

It is a very social afternoon with a high turnout of non-members entertainment is provided for small children from 3 pm to 4 pm.

Braai fires are provided after the tennis with players and families staying for the “bring and braai”. Players are encouraged to bring a salad to share.

This afternoon is ideal for people who are wanting to get started in laying the game.

Subs for the afternoon are subsidised for non-members at only R25. All families are welcome for a fun afternoon of tennis.


The annual Farmers vs Town will be coming up soon, and the Roley Hill will be in early December.
