THE captains of the business league and Mascor Monthly Mug are becoming very competitive - what a great turn-out. Thank you to all the golfers for your support.

League winners for the day were the "Infinitive Health" team on 114 points.

A Division - 1st - M. Msomi on 69

2nd - G. Larkan on 70

B Division - 1st - T. Larkan on 61

2nd - Big Boy on 65

Mug winner was T. Larkan.

Tuesday 13 September is the closing date for the entries to our "Cook Off" Competition, which is on Saturday 17 September.

Potjie, braai, webber or spit whatever your heart's desire, as long as it is cooked on fire or gas at the Greytown Country Club. Bring ingredients and come and cook for your friends and family.

Food will be judged by 4pm. Jan Swart, the Last Musketeer, will entertain.

Vicky the Clown will be here to entertain the children with face painting and balloons. Entry is free. Food will be sold after judging at R20 per person. Contact Elmarie at the club on 033 417 2441 for details and entry.

Herman van Rooyen lost out on the money as he was not present at the time of the draw. The next attendance draw will be on Friday 9 September with R500 up for grabs.

Take note - the course will be closed from 18 September for spring treatment.

The "9@9" entry fee is R50 and to play 18 holes is R80. Richard Chiazzari is sponsoring a chicken for the "9@9" that will be up for the winning on Sunday mornings. A. Sias went home with the chicken on 18 points.
