THE Ladies Open was held on September 5. Despite wet and cold weather, a good day was had by the field of 28 ladies who attended from around the Midlands. Many thanks to all the sponsors who gave prizes.

The winners were Eve Drury and Di Smythe on 43 points, and second was Bella Verwey and Joanie Koller with 42 points. Longest drives went to Ronel Botha and Karen Schroeder and closest to the pin was Joanie Koller.

The winners of the Development Compo, sponsored by Davids Motors, were B. Mlangeni (A-division) and B. Ngonyama (B-division). The winner of the RTS Sunday 9@9 competition was MJ Mook with 21 points.

We remind members of the spring treatment of our course, which will take place from September 25 until October 4.

Jitesh Mewa was not present for the members draw and the prize is now R1 300 this Friday.
