Greytown CYCC fundraising golf day

The Greytown Childrens Home Golf Day took place on a very rainy Saturday this past weekend!

Well done and a huge thank you to the 36 who happily braved the wet conditions to raise some money for this worthy cause!

RESULTS

First place — N. Ngubane, B. Mlangeni, J.Mlangeni and M.Thusi

Second place — F. Botha, R. Botha, S. Buthelezi and B. Nygonyama

Third place — G. Larkan, J. Labuschagne, J. Ridl and L. Jackson

Nearest the pin — J. Labuschagne, V. Roopai and M. Brown

Men’s longest drive — S. Buthelezi

Ladies longest drive — R. Botha

The Children’s Home thanks the following sponsors; Plennegy, Bracken Timbers, Santam and Aheers.

People and companies that donated prizes were NCT Forestry, Bracken Timbers, Coca Cola PMB, Yua Wilken, Flip en Ronelle Botha, Debbie Cunningham, John and Kath Du Preez, Dieter Deppe, Pannar, Toinette van Rooyen, Santam, Build it Greytown, Stark Airs, Tranquilitea, Auto Glass, and Unique Plumbings.

There were more people involved, and we thank them all for each and every piece of help they offered.

We sum this up as a great community contribution in order to make this golf day of Saturday, October 13 a memorable one.
