IT’S a large beautiful garden filled with a wide variety of trees, azaleas and many other beautiful blossoming plants. It is “Silverley”, the home of Wally and Colleen Slatter and the public will be able to view it on Saturday 22 October from 9am to 4pm.
Also open for the Stihl garden weekend is Country Nursery and Tranquili-Tea, which despite the drought, has maintained a colourful variety of plants. Having viewed the nursery visitors can enjoy breakfast, tea or lunch at the restaurant while the children wander the maze or play in their special area.
