GREYTOWN gospel star Mhayise is launching his new album at the end of March.

This young man’s talent hit the headlines last year when it was recognised by the Department of Arts and Culture, and he was the first gospel singer to be chosen to perform at the Dundee July.

With four albums already on the market , his latest album, Jesu Ophila Kimi, will be launched on March 27. The album is made up of 17 tracks and Mhayise worked with the popular gospel artist Lindani Gumede. The album is licensed under No Doubt Records and will be distributed by Mabala Noise Entertainment. In an interview with the Greytown Gazette, Mhayise (real name Sifiso Richard Hlatshwayo) said that the music video is already being played by the sound media and from March 27, can be downloaded on Google play and online stores. He said the music will appeal to young and old.
