ON Friday, December 7, Greytown Junior School held their annual prize giving ceremony to commemorate and award the schools’ top achievers both in the classroom and on the sports field.

The hall was filled with anxious and excited pupils, parents, family, and friends.

Beginning with a report on the school’s progress by the Principal Mr S.J. Nel, the ceremony moved on with light entertainment from the school’s choir followed by the senior primary awards.

Pupils were awarded for their hard work. Their excellent achievements showed that our pupils always aim high.

Mr G.L. Coetzee, a former teacher at Greytown Junior School and the current principal of Athlone Primary School, was our guest of honour. He motivated our pupils to always strive for success.
