AS a school with a Christian ethos and Lutheran tradition, it is important for us that our “Little Oaks” understand the concept of the Easter message. This is one of the most invaluable Bible stories, and that is why we went up to the Peter-Paul Church in Hermannsburg last week to meet our school pastor, René Risch, who told us the Easter story.

Pastor Risch focused on the positive parts of the story: Jesus died and it was sad, but then he came back to show us that there could be life after death.

Jesus loves us and the world so much that he laid down his life for us so that we could spend eternity with him.

So, to celebrate all that Jesus has done for us, share the Easter story with your friends and family too. — Supplied.
