OUR Grade 7 pupils took part in a Career Dress-up Day last Thursday.

The build-up started months ago where each pupil had to realise their potential, which helped them choose a career and do research about it.

Among the guests who guided pupils through different career paths were Pannar, Correctional Services, Social Development, the Department of Health, the fire department and the municipality.

Guest speaker Ms Madlala reminded pupils about the importance of taking seriously all steps in their education as they impact on the career the pupil wishes to take.

Mrs Y.M. Mchunu, the co-organiser of the function, said: "There are many unhappy employees because of the wrong choices they made during their time of learning."

She thanked guests and sponsors who helped to make the function succeed.

"We wish them the best of luck in their exams." - HW Dube.
