GRADE 1 and Grade 2 Greytown Junior mini cricket sides travelled to New Hanover for a tournament on February 12.

The Grade 1 side made a total of 19 runs for the loss of three wickets against Hermannsburg, with the opposition making eight runs for the loss of four wickets.

The Grade 2 side played against Wartburg, making 16 runs for the loss of two wickets. The side bowled well, and Wartburg made eight runs for the loss of three wickets. Congratulations to both teams for starting the season on an excellent note.

U13 Rugby

Greytown Junior attended the Ralph Caewood day/night series on February 15. Greytown played a total of three games.

The team drew 5-5 against Glenwood Two in game one. In the second game,the team won 15-0 against Pelham Two. In the final game the team lost 17-0 to Glenwood One. The boys played well and gained much-needed experience.
