U13 Cowboy 8 Cricket Tour
ON Friday 14 October Greytown Junior's U13 cricket side travelled to Dundee Junior School to participate in their annual Cowboy 8 cricket tournament, accompanied by Mr Stanczk and Mr Goosen.

Greytown Junior played a total of three games, with the first being played against Dundee Junior. Greytown made a total of 48 runs for the loss of 5 wickets and Dundee Junior made a total of 56 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. Our second game was against Drakensburg. Greytown made 30 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Drakensburg made 34 runs for the loss of 2 wickets.

Our final game was against Utrecht Primary. Utrecht made 65 for the loss of 5 wickets and Greytown made 46 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.

The tournament provided much-needed experience and was enjoyed by all. A big thank you to our sponsors BSB Enterprises, Midas, Greytown Autopaints and Superquick Greytown.
