ON Tuesday October 24 Greytown Junior’s U10 cricket side travelled to Mooi River and played against Mooi River Primary.

Greytown won the toss and batted first, but struggled to make runs losing 7 wickets in the first 5 overs.

Mhloli Mkhize made 32 runs leaving the end score at 56 for the loss of 10 wickets.

Mooi River then batted and although Greytown took early wickets, Mooi River passed the required score in the 12th over, winning the game by 6 wickets. .

On Saturday October 28 the U9 cricket side played against Wembley College.

Greytown Junior batted first making a total of 83 runs for the loss of 10 wic- kets.

Wembley then batted and passed the required runs in the 16th over making a total of 89 runs for the loss of 3 wickets.
