U11 HOCKEY

THE Greytown Junior U11 hockey girls went to Wartburg on May 10 and played four games. They drew three games and lost one.

The results are as follows:

Wartburg Primary played to a 0-0 draw vs Greytown Junior.

Athlone Primary 1 drew 0-0 with Greytown Junior

Athlone Primary 2 drew 0-0 with Greytown Junior

Wembley 1 lost 1-0 to Greytown Junior

The girls had fun and they have improved from their first match.

Rugby vs Wembley on May 11

The U10 Greytown Junior School’s U10 side played against a combined U10 and U11 Wembley side. Both sides played well and drew 10-10. The U11 side also played against a combined U10 and U11 side. Both sides played well, with the end score 20-10 in Greytown Junior’s favour. The U13B side played against Wembley College, with both sides playing well and scoring. The final score was 44-22 in Greytown Junior’s favour. — Supplied.
