TRY these two-ingredient recipes:

Pizza base

1 cup Greek (plain) yoghurt

1-and-a-half cups self-raising flour

Combine till smooth. Put on lightly floured board and roll out till very thin.

Brush dough with olive oil

Bake 10-12 minutes at 200°C

Pile on your favourite filling.

Ice pops

I tin unsweetened coconut cream

½ cup or more Nutella

Beat cream until smooth and creamy .Add Nutella and mix well.

Pour into ice pop modules and freeze

Ice-cream muffins

2 cups self-raising flour

500g vanilla icecream softened

Grease 12 muffin cups or paper liners. Mix ingredients together until smooth .

Pour into cups.

Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.

Heston Blumenthal’s chocolate mousse

350g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

270g boiling water.

Break up chocolate into glass bowl and mix in boiling water.

Place bowl over ice bath and whisk until starts to thicken. Take off ice bath and continue to whisk until thick.

Spoon into serving bowls. Serve immediately.
