EXPOSING children to a variety of different cultures makes a fun and exciting learning environment.
Grade 3 pupils at New Hanover Prep held an international festival for family and friends this week.
They presented popular songs and national anthems, recited interesting facts, dressed up in traditional clothing and shared favourite foods from the countries they had studied during the term.
Diversity activities such as these teach children to respect and celebrate the differences in all people.
