THEY have retired, but the "Old Timers", who were taught at Entembisweni Primary School many years ago by Mr M.J. Madlala wanted to show their appreciation to him giving them such a sound education and a positive good outlook on life.

Mr Madlala taught at the school from 1965 until 1980.

On 29 April, "Old Timer" past pupils, who have already also retired, organised a function for him at Entembisweni Primary School to say thank you for all his guidance many years ago which has stood them in such good stead over the years and their careers. - M.B Sibisi (retired head, Boscombe School and an "Old Timer")
