Service of Nine Carols

ON Sunday 13 December, St James Church will once again present the Service of nine carols­ and nine readings, made famous by the choir of Kings College Cambridge in 1918.
The St James service is different­ in that it includes a spoken narration to bring added meaning to the service.

This year the service will be led by the Rector of St James, Peter­ Russell, the organist is Jean Herald supported by the St James choir.
The readings will be by the youth of St James and narration will be by Tony Dutton.

The service starts at 6pm at St JamesChurch and lasts one hour.
Thereafter tea will be served in the hall.

Everyone is welcome.
