JULIAN Königkrämer has had a bumper year of wonderful sporting achievements at his own school, Hermannsburg, regionally and provincially.

Julian is in Grade 5 at Hermannsburg’s Primary School
and from the time he set foot on the sports field, it was clear that Julian had special sporting blood coursing through his veins.

He started off on a very good wicket with his cricket achievements, he captained Hermannsburg School’s U11 cricket team scoring many a run for his team.

On the hockey field he was unstoppable and went on to be selected for the U12 Inland B team.

Julian captained the U11 team at Hermannsburg and scored many a goal for his team.

On the athletics track, Julian participated in the KZN Sub Youth championships recently and did exceptionally well,
while nursing an injury, to be placed second and win a silver medal for the long jump event.

At Hermannsburg’s inter-house athletics meeting, Julian was U11 age-group champion and the U11 cross-country champion this year.

Julian has done his school, our region and his family proud, we look forward to following his sporting career with interest and wish him well.
