A LOT of kilograms have disappeared into thin air and 45 ladies are feeling a lot fitter and lighter as a result.

Greytown’s Superbody
Club shape-up challenge for summer has brought about a permanent and beneficial
lifestyle change for these
ladies – thanks to the dedicated efforts of Zeena Ally and her team.

At the awards ceremony on December 6, the impressive achievements of the group were acknowledged.

Winner of the challenge was Penny Moore, followed by Robyn Manthey and Dr Ntibelleng Motebele each receiving a

Superbody Club personnel expressed their appreciation to Aheers Suermarket for their sponsorship of the T-shirts
and lucky draw prizes and to
Emergency Auto Spares for the trophies.

The next challenge starts in February 2018.

Here’s hoping a lot of ladies will take up this positive move to a healthy lifestyle.
