WARTBURG Kirchdorf School High School prize giving was held on 8 November. A big thank you to our guest of honour, Pastor Udo Lütge for his inspirational message to the 2016 matrics.

Awards were presented to the following:
Dux: Erin Jarvie.

Runner-up to dux: Catherine Wilkinson

Headmaster’s award and sportsman of the year: Thabiso Sibiya.

Sportswoman of the year: Elke Engelbrecht.

Outstanding sporting achievement: Sabine Thies.

Good fellowship: Carrie-Anne Stegen and Kevin Engelbrecht

Head prefects 2017:

Head boy: Gerhard Rencken

Head girl: Karen Tredoux

Deputy head boy: Alibongwe Zondi

Deputy head girl: Sindiswa Mbuli

Grade 12 prizes: Bilingualism.

Business studies and German: Kevin Engelbrecht.

English: Carrie-Anne Stegen.

Life Orientation: Kara Jansen van Rensburg.

Geography, maths, physical science, life science: Erin Jarvie.

Consumer studies: Carrie-Anne Stegen
