Wembley pupils excel in Cambridge tests

2019-01-23 06:00

TEN Wembley senior primary pupils achieved over 83% in more than one of their three Cambridge Primary Checkpoint tests last year.

The Cambridge Maths, English, and Science exams were written in October 2018.The average for Grade 6 English was 70%, Science was 78%, and Maths was 83%.

Cambridge Primary Checkpoint tests have been designed to assess pupils and give them valuable feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, before they progress to Form 1. The tests are marked in Cambridge, England and provide schools with an external, international benchmark for pupil performance.

Each pupil receives a statement of achievement and a diagnostic feedback report, giving schools detailed information and parents extra trust in the Cambridge system. - Supplied.
