THE women came in their numbers to support the annual ladies high tea which was hosted by the 31 Club on October 19 at the St Agnes Anglican Church auditorium.

31 Club is a non-profit organisation with an aim to raise money for charities around KwaZulu-Natal.

The guest speaker of the day was Wendy Somers-Cox who is founder and managing director of Brookdale Health Hydro.

Somers-Cox told the audience about managing and coping with stress, which they enjoyed a lot and also learnt from.
