ONE canand#039;t help but to stop and pause to regain your breath as you step into the incredibly beautiful and very fresh Cucumber Tree Cafe. What am I talking about? The new place to be seen of course is the incredibly sleek and fresh concept of the new health cafe at Oxford Village. Cucumber Tree Cafe offers a full range of Banting meals, smoothies ,wraps, fresh salads and gloriously flavored teas which can be enjoyed in one of the most stunning environments weand#039;ve seen in a long time, or take them home through their heat and eat options or ready to eat take away options. The concept is a unique one with the cafe positioned next to a private gym studio where you can receive one-on-one training from one of the personal trainers, or opt for their personalised training packages that include 12 sessions a month with a personal trainer in groups of no more than five people per session or attend your rehabilitation training with their in house Biokenetisist, or just pop in for a quick sunbed session - you name it, they can do it. The owner Chantelle Gibson’s energy and excitement oozes into her business and her environment. “Itand#039;s a very simple concept, life is too short to not be happy, so I’ve created a sleek environment that offers you a place to just... well, be happyand#034; “ Our concept is fresh and exciting and offers our customers a fresh approach to both training and what to eat and of course where you meet your friends for a and#034;refreshand#034; session. “My concept is a lifestyle one, itand#039;s that simple and thatand#039;s why positioning my brand in the Oxford Village was the easiest decision of them all. “In my opinion the work that Brett Latimer and his team have done to create a lifestyle centre offering our children a safe environment to enjoy themselves in - with the outdoor soccer and basketball courts, Pallet Jacks and the new exciting multi-trax area created and cleaned up - is fantastic. Along side the opening of GBCA down stairs, the option to be able to be included in this environment was one that I could not overlook. “ Iand#039;m excited about the safe and secure environment he is creating and with more outdoor lifestyle options being explored downstairs Iand#039;m excited to be apart of this centre,” said Gibson. The Cafe will be opening on Monday 19 October with their official opening on 2 November when Next Level Training also opens for their Pre December training package.- Supplied
