Blurb:Making a name for herself in the music industry

UPPER Highway singing sensation Holly Wasserfall, is quickly making a name for herself in the music industry.

Her musical journey began at the age of three, as she watched her uncle, a music enthusiast, play guitar and at the age of six, she started playing the guitar and began songwriting at 10.

At the time she was the youngest artist to sign a deal with Sony Publishing (internationally, distribution). At the age of 12 she was signed to KZN Music House (recording). Her music is a blend of Afro-Pop with a hip-hop and soul influence.

Last year she released singles Inhliziyo Yami and Bang Bang and later she released, Tambourine. The track was produced by Wakes Zondeka and featured fellow house singer Fiesta Black.

With productions by Mondli Ngcobo (Koze Kuse) Aux Cable (Witness The Funk) Cuebur (Soul Candi), EM EX and Zakes Bantiwini, this album is set to make a huge impact on the South African house music industry. It also contains a stand-out collaboration with the Mahotella Queens. Artists often do collaborations to create crossover appeal. This is not the case with Wasserfall as she is the real deal. As a house artist who sings in Zulu and English, she has massive appeal across all the spectrums of South African audiences.
