WHEN the challenges of the workplace are staring you in the face, you need a fit and energetic team to meet them head on.

The Forest 10, which will be held on the 12 July, is a great way to build spirit amongst the workforce, encouraging staff to join together, have fun and take part in this community event. What’s more you can challenge your competitors to some friendly competition.

Nothing builds camaraderie like competing together and the four person Corporate team that even smaller companies can take part. The 10km race can be run or walked so it is achievable for everyone.
