MOTORIST’S travelling along the M13 bordering Hillcrest and Kloof, who sighed with relief when they saw the potholes finally being repaired, are not much better off now. Gone are the holes, the treacherous dips and grading, yet a greater danger emerged.

It has been months since the resurfacing however, the road still doesn’t have any markings. This makes travelling extremely dangerous, especially at night, forcing motorists to try to judge to see if they are travelling on the correct lane, which often leaves them straddling between two lanes
