TANYA Visser is set to entertain at this year’s annual Gardener Breakfast in support of The Sunflower Fund and in association with Mpact Recycling and CC&A Insurance. The breakfast is being held on Thursday, June 21 at the picturesque Chantecler Hotel from 8.30 am to 11 am.

Dynamic celebrity speaker, Tanya Visser, editor of The Gardener Magazine will take guests “Through the looking glass — Grow your mind and your garden”, as she showcases some of the idyllic gardens she’s experienced both locally and abroad.

Tickets cost only R260 per person and will afford you a morning of great entertainment and enjoyment which includes a fabulous goodie bag, delicious hot buffet breakfast, an awesome BON Natural Oils gift per lady as well as a gift from The Gardener Magazine.

Funds raised from the event will enable The Sunflower Fund to create awareness and education about blood stem cell donation, recruit more blood stem cell donors, grow the patient support fund and maintain a registry of committed donors. This in turn means greater hope of life for patients who are diagnosed with life-threatening blood diseases and who are in need of a blood stem cell transplant from a matching unrelated donor.

For more event information, bookings or sponsorship of prizes and/or goodie bag items, contact Tanith King at tanith@sunflowerfund.org.za or at 031 266 1148.

For more information on becoming a blood stem cell donor, please contact The Sunflower Fund’s toll free number at 080 012 1082 or visit their website www.sunflowerfund.org.za — Supplied.
