JOIN Mozambik, Hillcrest, for another night with some of SA’s funniest stand-up comedy stars Loyiso Gola (JHB), Alfred Adriaan (JHB) and Neville Pillay (DBN). Feast on the flavours of Mozambique, while enjoying a top-class comedy show on 29 March at 8.30pm.

For 15 years, Gola’s sharp wit, charm and thought-provoking comedy style has been enthralling audiences not only in SA, but all around the world.

As one of the country’s most decorated comedians, his one-man shows (Loyiso For President, Life and Times, Professional Black) have enjoyed ground-breaking success.

He has several TV and movie credits to his name, including being on the cult comedy sketch show, Pure Monate, co-hosting a television show with Peter Dirk Uys, cameos on MTV Film’s Bunny Chow, as well as the buddy cop movie, Blitz Patrollie.

However, his TV show, Late Night News with Loyiso Gola cemented his position as one of SA’s biggest names and secured him no less than two Emmy Award nominations.

Neville Pillay is an hilarious stand-up comedian, writer and actor (Attack of the Indian Werewolf, 31 Million Reasons, Curry And Vice), and award-winning morning radio show host (Lotus FM).

Winner of the 2012 So You Think You Funny comedy contest, Pillay has hosted and headlined some of the biggest comedy shows all over the country

While Alfred Adriaan (JHB) has two consecutive SA Comics' Choice nominations under his belt (“Best New Comedian” and “Best Intermediate Comedian”), Adriaan is flying up the ranks in the SA comedy industry.
