CURRO Hillcrest travelled down to South City in Margate this past weekend to play multiple sport disciplines.

Curro’s rugby boys did very well, winning two of their three rugby games.

The U14 team won 17-0, the U17 team lost 0-17, and the first team won 14-7, with Damon Kay and Fortune Smith each scoring a try and Micah Moritz converting both tries.

The final game was a tough and close encounter with some great skill and teamwork shown.

Some highlights of the first team game were seen in the way the Curro Hillcrest boys defended their try-line at the end of the match with only 14 players on the field and yet still managed a win.
