SWAADISHT Restaurant and Take-away offers the splendour of North Indian cuisine prepared by authentic eastern chefs.

Translated from Sanskrit, Swaadisht means “tasty or delicious”.

Coupled with the authentic, quality prepared meals and generous portions, the company has lived up to the meaning of the Swaadisht experience. Swaddisht in New Germany has a new store manager Madan Rajak, who is passionate about customer service and he has now introduced a delivery service.

The Swaadisht menu boasts 117 delicious dishes and although the food concept is mainly North Indian, it also caters for traditional South African tastes.

The dishes are prepared with the utmost attention to detail to ensure customers get the best taste experience.

The skillfully spiced dishes show off the amazing flavours and textures, and the rich colours are sure to deliver an unforgettable taste for any palette.

Swaadisht Foods owner Sanjay Rambulip said: “We opened in 2012. We specialise in North Indian cuisine with 117 dishes on the menu, which are all freshly prepared while you wait.

“The head chef of Swaddisht in New Germany is Nikesh Shrestha, who was based at our flagship store in Malvern. He offers only the best in quality and taste.

“My favourite dish is chicken tikka and Durban’s best bunny chow.

“Swaadisht always ensures customers of the best cuts of meat and fresh vegetables, and only the finest spices are used. We offer only the best service with food hygiene guaranteed.

“Our chefs are of international standard and are sourced abroad.”
