THE Rotary Club of Kloof presents Festival in The Hills 2018, hosted by Curro Hillcrest Christian Academy, and this year featuring the KZN Youth Wind Band, conducted by Russel Scott, with an appearance by South Africa’s singing ambassadors the Drakensberg Boys Choir. This year’s theme is “Hero’s and Superhero’s”.

Held at City Hill Auditorium on Friday, August 24, the event sees over 700 primary school children come together to sing and to celebrate our local hero’s and how we all, including our young performers, can be a hero and can impact our communities for the better.

Do you know someone in our community that deserves to be recognised for their incredible service, kind act or bravery?

We would like to celebrate our very own local hero’s that live in our community, so keep an eye on the Hillcrest Fever Facebook page for the opportunity to nominate these special people.

The evening’s performance starts at 6.30 pm and bookings must be done through Computicket before the event — call 0861 915 8000. Tickets are R 130 for adults with pensioners and children (under 12) paying R 100 and R 80 respectively. All proceeds will go to Kloof Rotary. You’ll enjoy an incredible evening of gorgeous music and leave inspired to live like a Superhero.
