HIGHBURY Preparatory School Grade 5 pupil, Ruben Visagie, attended the South African Schools Athletics National Competition in Potchefstroom from 24 to 25 March.
He did exceptionally well and was placed second in the boys’ U11 1500m event, bringing home silver and the only medal for KZN team this year. 
The school congratulates this young man who consistently shows determination and excellence in athletics.
Grade 7 pupil, Luke Farndell, was placed eighth in the competitive 800m boys’ U13 event.
