Inanda taxi accident leaves 12 injured

TWELVE people were injured after a taxi accident on Inanda Road in Hillcrest.

ER24 paramedics received the call from Vema and immediately responded.

On arrival, paramedics found that the taxi had already been removed from the scene by a towing service, and the passengers were found on the side of the road.

On assessment, paramedics found the 12 occupants had sustained only minor injuries. Fortunately, no serious or fatal injuries were reported on the scene.

Paramedics treated the patients and then took them to hospital.
