RESIDENTS of and visitors to Hillcrest will be aware of the amazing five staff members of Keep Hillcrest Beautiful Association who
carry out its aims and objectives.

They do it cheerfully, diligently and always with a greeting and a smile.

Some people remark that all the association is doing is council work, and to this I might respond that we have to face the
reality that the Metro covers a large area
and services now are spread much more thinly.

We at KHBA feel we are giving back to
society, while keeping Hillcrest beautiful for all those who live, work and visit here.

KHBA thank most gratefully to the public and the businesses who pay their subscriptions and who sponsor the association - without you we could not continue.

On behalf of KHBA, Songezile Nathaza, Vukani Cele, Zukisane Nathaza, Doris Mazeka and Welcome Ngcobo - we wish readers a happy Christmas and all of the best for
2018.

MARGE MITCHELL

KHBA Chairperson
