Project Dignity assists girls at schools in Molweni

THE Clicks Helping Hand Trust has partnered with Project Dignity for the Girls on the Go Campaign which distributes reusable sanitary pads and specially designed 100% cotton panties to young women in disadvantaged communities.

On Tuesday, April 18, ward councillor Simphiwe Mncube, lent his support to this initiative accompanying representatives to Kwabinabakubo and InquNqulu High Schools in Molweni­ where 310 packs were distributed.

Mncube spoke to the women in Zulu­ about the importance of pursuing education at both secondary and tertiary level, and said that, with the assistance of the community and teachers, they can be guided to make the best possible life choices.
