THE Queensburgh Harriers Mineshaft 2018 to be hosted on Sunday September 16 is the third league of the 2018 KING and QUEEN Mountain series. The 15km route is hilly and challenging set in the heart of the Queensburgh, Malvern residential area. It is a well-supported social event with lots of prizes and lucky draws. This promises to be a great day out for participants and families alike. Those taking part in the event can either run or walk the 15km route.

There will be food and refreshments on sale as well as live entertainment. This is the first year that SPAR will be a sponsor of the event and the first 15 runners from the same club to cross the finish line will receive a SPAR voucher to the value or R2500. -Supplied
