SACAN duty managers responded to call for help from a member of the public on Friday after he spotted men tampering with a car at the Hillcrest Centre of Old Main Road Hillcrest.

Sacan’s Andreas Mathios, a car remote jamming syndicate had been spotted tampering with a car.
“A security superstore employee rushed out of the store putting his life at risk and apprehended the jammer and his getaway driver with the help of others. SAPS Hillcrest commander was on scene within minutes and the suspects were taken for processing.”
The incident is under investigation.
