SUGARLOAF Centre-Bothas Hill was a mushroom farm in the 60’s.

It was used as a cane factory run by Cane Craft.

The centre was purchased by Larry Matthews in 1991 for use as a cupboard factory (Sherwell Craft) and Olde Oak Shoppe was the first tenant at the centre.

It slowly shifted to the retail sector and is now attracting tenants in the home improvement and furnishing sector.

Paul Kalil became sole owner in 2016. For more information visit them at 3 Old Main Rd, Bothas Hill.
