AFTER the success of The Robin Hood Foundation’s Mugs & Mallows drive hosted in 2016, which, thanks to incredible community support saw nearly 10 000 Easter eggs in over 2 000 mugs, Robin Hood is again appealing to the community to help spread some Easter joy with its 2018 campaign by donating mugs and mallows this month.

Kim Griffith Jones, coordinator of the foundation, said: “So many of the elderly and children we visit in the various homes, crèches and schools, either have to share a few mugs or drink out of chipped and broken mugs. “If you’d like to get involved and donate your preloved or new ceramic or plastic mugs that are in good condition, fill them with three or four marshmallows, and help us spread some Easter joy in April.”

Drop off your mugs filled with marshmallow eggs at Placecol, Hillcrest Corner, before March 31, or e-mail info@robin
hoodfoundation.co.za for more on how you can get involved and the drop-off points.
