TEN children were left injured when the taxi in which they were travelling veered off an un-named road near the Mariannhill Cemetery last week.

ER24 paramedics, along with other emergency services, arrived at the scene to find a taxi some distance off the road down an embankment. Several children were found walking around at the scene. Paramedics assessed the children and found that 10 children, aged between five and seven years, had sustained minor injuries. No serious injuries or fatalities were found at the scene. The children were treated for their injuries and then transported to nearby hospitals. The accident is under investigation. — Supplied.
