JBay Residents Association to meet

THE Jeffreys Bay Residents and Ratepayers Association (JBRA) will meet at 14:00 on June 22 to discuss the declaration of Supertubes as a World Surfing Reserve.

Andy Short of World Surfing Reserves will give a presentation at the meeting.

According to Garth Ford from the JBRA, the reef life along this stretch has been depleted almost beyond recovery and needs to be conserved and protected.
