PURE-BRED or just pure love - your dog could be what the judges are looking for at the first Must Love Dogs Show hosted by the Canine Pet Boutique and Deli in Jeffreys Bay.

Big or small, pedigreed or not, join in this day of fun and laughter – “for dog’s sake”.

Proud pet owners can show off their dogs in various categories: most handsome large breed, cutest ankle biter, awesome oldies, most beautiful breed, weirdest breed, best dressed 6 legs (owner and breed), best attitude, dog judge would most like to take home and the overall grand winner.

The Humansdorp K9 Unit and Sensei Steve Potts from Potts MMA Academy will have demonstrations on the day. Various pet food organisations, as well as Smhart Security will have stalls on the day. Food and drink will be on sale and there will be a jumping castle for children.

The entry fee is R30 per dog, and entry forms are available at Canine Pet Boutique in Fountains Mall. Proceeds will go towards the SPCA Humansdorp, JBay Animal Rescue and the Humansdorp K9 Unit. Stall holders will also donate a percentage of the profit they make on the day, to these organisations.

The Must Love Dogs Show takes place in the field area next to McDonald’s at Fountains Mall from 10:30 to 14:00 on May 9.
