THE Co-op and its preferred workwear supplier, Jonsson Workwear, donated corporate clothing to The Healthy Mom and Baby Clinic (HMBC) this week.

The generous sponsorship of corporate clothing was made just in time to assist the ever growing team of office workers and nursing staff at the baby clinic. Jonsson and The Co-op share a similar social responsibility to the communities they serve and have supported HMBC for the past three years.

“We applaud the efforts made by businesses, but also those organisations and volunteers who continually do great work in our community in a way that often goes unnoticed. HMBC has attended to more than 10 700 mothers and babies at their clinic this year and more than 600 children were seen to at crèches,” says Co-op CEO HenkAgenbach.

“As part of The Co-op’s value system we have embraced the responsibility to our communities and will continue to provide the right tools to those who continue their goodwill tirelessly. Together with Jonsson we are proud of the association.”
