Animal-lovers can assist the SPCA Assisi Humansdorp as follow:

  • Adopt a four-legged friend. The adoption fee of R800 for dogs and R400 for cats include the sterilisation cost of the veterinary.
  • Volunteer your business expertise to help raise funds and create awareness.
  • Volunteer your time - the animals need to exercise and be groomed, but most of all, they need affection and human contact.
  • Support the SPCA Assisi Charity Shop in Jeffreys Street.
  • Donate dog and cat food, items to sell in their charity shop, dog collars and lead, cleaning material, bedding, kitty litter and toys for dogs and scratching posts for cats. Donations can be dropped off at the Kouga Express office at 75 Da Gama Road, or at the charity shop.
  • Monetary donations: Absa, SPCA Assisi, account number 406 720 1316, reference SPCA Assisi.
  • Make a donation towards the SPCA Assisi fuel account at Jeffreys Bay Motors.
