Diensfoute kan nou só rapporteer word

DIE Kouga-munisipaliteit het ‘n inbelsentrum en toep (“app”) in Oktober bekendgestel wat dit makliker vir inwoners maak om diensleweringprobleme te rapporteer en monitor.

“Inwoners kan nou probleme direk op die Link-toep rapporteer en sal dan ook via die toep terugvoering ontvang,” het burgemeester Elza van Lingen gesê.

Die gratis Link-toep kan afgelaai word by https://download.linkapp.co.za/#dl of vanaf die Google Play of App Store.

Om aan u wyk te koppel, kliek op “+” en “Add Channels”. Kliek op “Municipal Wards” en volg die proses.

Gebruikers kan aan drie wyke koppel. U kan wel foute in wyke rapporteer al is u nie aan die betrokke wyk gekoppel nie. Die toep sal outomaties u boodskap in die regte wyk plaas.

Die inbelsentrum kan gekontak word by 042 200 2200 (kantoor-ure) of 042 291 0250 en 042 200 8330 (na-ure).
