DEDICATION and attention to detail.

Dirk Ellis Volkswagen in Jeffreys Bay scooped the co-veted CCP Customer Service Award, securing the bragging rights as the top performing Volkswagen Dealership in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu Natal.

They triumphed over 25 other qualifying Volkswagen dealerships in the two regions.

Customers scored Dirks Ellis an overall 97.3% for their sales and 95.5% for service, culminating in a combined score of 96.4%.

According to Carla Wentzel, General Manager of Volkswagen SA, customer service and sustainable growth lie at the heart of their business. “That is why customer service is one of the most important brand investments that we can make in the Volkswagen business.

“We have launched some of the best products in the market and we can be very proud of them. Our vehicles are beautifully designed, boasting with leading technology and fantastic drive. Sustainable growth will come from great products that are sold at our premium dealerships, as well as from building customer loyalty.”

According to Dirk Ellis Marketing Manager, Werner van Wyk, this award is testimony of their exceptional and outstanding service, routinely exceeding customers’ expectations.

  • At the Grand Prix Awards held earlier this year, Dirk Ellis Junior and Dirk Ellis Volkswagen ended in pole position, bagging two of the prestigious awards.

Ellis Junior was crowned Best New Vehicle Sales Manager in his category in South Africa and the local Volkswagen Dealer in Jeffreys Bay was once again awarded Club of Excellence status – one of only 13 of the 106 Volkswagen Dealers in South Africa to do so.
